In 2012, tapping a button to order something on Amazon and get it on your doorstep in 2-days was a life changing experience. By the 2014, this experience had become a tragedy for online holiday shoppers as the increase in Prime members caused a logistics scaling issue.
I was part of an ambitious project to design the last mile delivery experience for the earth's most customer centric company.
